The short version: we collect only what a licensed raffle has to, we never sell it, and you can ask to see or delete it any time.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia ("we", "us"), located at 1540 Lottie Neely Park Rd, Sarnia, ON N7T 7H4, Canada. For privacy questions, contact us at support@winners-grs.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect:
- Ticket purchase data — name, email, phone, billing address, age confirmation, and Ontario location confirmation.
- Payment data — handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- Site usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referrer, collected via cookies (only when consented).
- Communications — anything you send us by email or contact form.
3. How we use it
- To process your ticket purchase and issue your ticket numbers.
- To contact you about the draw, including if you win.
- To meet our regulatory reporting obligations under our AGCO licence.
- To improve the site (only with consent for analytics cookies).
4. Cookies & analytics
We use a cookie consent banner. Strictly necessary cookies are always set. Analytics and preference cookies are set only after you consent. You can change your preferences at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.
5. Sharing
We share data only with: (a) our payment processor, (b) the AGCO as required by our raffle licence, and (c) service providers under written contract (email delivery, cloud hosting). We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
Ticket records are retained for seven (7) years to meet AGCO reporting requirements. Marketing contact records are retained until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, withdraw consent for analytics and marketing, and lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Email support@winners-grs.com to exercise any of these rights.
8. Security
We use TLS in transit, encrypted databases at rest, and industry-standard access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
